Mechanical backblow dust collector

Mechanical backblow dust collector belongs to low energy dust removal, external filter bag type dust collector, its filter bag adopts flat bag, the cross section shape of the filter bag is made into trapezoid or wedge. Compared with the circular filter bag, under the condition that the filter load per unit area of the press cloth is the same, its cover area is small, the structure is compact, that is, more filtration area can be arranged in the unit volume, which is one of its major characteristics. At present, it has been gradually used in machinery, metallurgy, electric power and other departments.
I. Structure and working principle:
It consists of the following four parts:
Upper box: including bag dust collector cover, rotating cover uncovering device, cleaning room, bag change into the hole, observation hole, air outlet.
Box body: including flower plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, inlet hole door.
Lower box body: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star ash discharge valve, support.
Reverse blowing clear flying mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, dividing ring back blowing mechanism, circulating air duct, back blowing air duct, back blower, rotary arm reduction mechanism.
The reverse blow arm is driven by the reducer on the top cover, and the reverse blow dryer is installed on the ground. The center pipe is connected with the rotary arm for the filter bag arranged in three or four circles, and the rotary arm is equipped with the reverse blow device of the circle.
Star ash discharge valve, deceleration device and motor, back blower, spiral arm deceleration mechanism and circulating air duct are accessories. The platform and ladder are not shown in the final assembly drawing of the series. They, the foundation of the back blower and the circulating air duct should be designed and installed according to the specific situation of the site.
Working principle:
Filter condition - Dust-bearing air enters the upper space of the filter chamber tangentially, because the entrance is volute type. Large particles and condensed dust particles swirl down the dust hopper along the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force. Small particle dust disperses in the gap between the filter chamber bags and is trapped by the dust removal filter bag. Adhered to the outer layer of the filter bag, the purified air passes through the filter wall and collects in the cleaning room through the filter bag guide on the flower plate, and is sucked out by the fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
Regeneration condition - with the progress of the filtration condition, the dust retention gradually thickens and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the resistance limit of the back blow risk control system is reached, the back blow dryer can be manually opened according to the need, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the back blow dryer and back blow rotary arm transmission mechanism for back blowing. Our company can also provide automatic control device. The reverse air flow with enough momentum is blown into the filter bag guide port from the nozzle of the spiral arm, blocking the filter air flow and changing the pressure condition in the bag, causing the material vibration of the filter bag and shaking off the dust. The spiral arms blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the back blowing mechanism is manually closed or automatically stopped working, in order to save the power of the back blower and reduce the back blowing air volume for three or four turns (i.e. 144ZC - ⅱ 20ZC - type) bag dust collector is provided with a dividing ring back blowing mechanism to make each time only back blowing a filter bag.
