Through the treatment of the dust gas of the boiler by the cloth bag filter, the pollution of the dust to the surrounding environment can be reduced, and the purpose of clean production can be achieved. According to the requirements of the company, our company proposed the following design scheme.

1, dust removal equipment design and selection follow “ Technical, economic and practical principles;
2, the selected dust collector design is reasonable, practical, reliable, with stable operation, low resistance, low energy consumption, good dust cleaning effect, small footprint and other characteristics;
3, design to achieve the investment province, low operating costs.
The design requirements
1. The selected emission standard is Boiler Air Pollutant Discharge Standard [DB44/765-2010], which stipulates that the maximum concentration of particulate matter and dust (other) discharged outside the perimeter is allowed to be 30mg/m3.
2, the noise conforms to the "mechanical Equipment noise Standard" and "Industrial Enterprise factory boundary noise standard".
3, dust collection rate must reach more than 95%.
